I've had to call on several different occasions to get legal advice. I've always had the opportunity to speak directly to the attorney. It does take a while sometimes to get a return call, but to me, a busy attorney is a sign of a hard working attorney.
My case took over a year to wrap up. Forget calling the office, there are so many extensions it takes forever to get through and you will always get the voicemail! It takes weeks to months to get a call back from the assistant. I was told on two dates to meet at the court house and the attorney never showed. Finally we settled and when I came back to pay the fine, the attorney never informed me the payment was due in full. Don't waste your money or your time, I would never recommend.
Horrible wouldn't recommend to anyone will not return phone calls,doesn't show up to court dont waste your money! Unprofessional!!!
